THAT MARK - from the other side

Two simultaneous photos of the great grab tell very different stories.

This one (from the AFL site) shows Tarrant rising above the pack, with Alistair Nicholson getting considerable airspace behind him.



This one, taken from the other side at precisely the same instant, shows that Tarrant's leap is not only spectacular, but also is truly superhuman. Have a look at Alistair Nicholson now and you'll see how he was able to get so high - he was being towed! One hand on the shoulder and the other firmly clutching Tarrant's guernsey. Richo is not looking pleased at being the foundation of this human pyramid, but gets his own back by turning the guy in front of him into a ventriloquist's dummy.

Wow.....looking at that angle it has to be the greatest mark i have ever seen thank god i was there to witness it.

Thought this might be of some help to all.

I called the Hearld Sun and asked for a copy of TARRANT'S MARK and they sent me a form with the following info:

Sizes & Price of the Photo

17 x 25cm (7.5 x 10") = $27.50

17 x 30cm (8 x 12") = $32.16

34 x 51 cm (13 1/2 x 20") = 36.28

51 x 76cm (20 x30") = $57.17

Pictures can be purchased @ the Herald Sun Shop
Orders are to be sent to:

I'm not too sure if the club sells the photo, if they do I would much prefer to purchase it from the club.

Joffa, you could always purchase the photo from the Herald Sun then get Tazza to sign it for you and frame it yourself!!!

It was a brilliant mark, I too wish I had a spare $299 oh yeah plus the postage and handling.
Tazza is going to be followed around for autographs for ages now coz of "THAT MARK"
He must feel pretty good about it.
