Yeah, agreed. I'd prefer Adkins back over Gardiner. Who do Geelong think they are?

Gardiner's Stats:

http://www.footywire.com/fw/web/ft_player_profile?pid=235

Games
19

Kicks
122

Handballs
62

Disposals
184

Marks
78

Goals
10

Behinds
11

Tackles
33

Hitouts
7

His stats are worse than Adkins.

gardiner is rubbish, but moloney - YES. not even 20 & we would get about 15 years of extremely good midfield service out of him. throw in chapman instead of gardiner & i would nearly wet myself.

Worse than Adkins?

Gee, I wasn't sure that was possible!

Oh, I forgot Bo Nixon "the touchless wonder" who looks good and speaks brilliantly on account of being a school captain at Assumption.....but he is a good bloke....

If we got Gardiner, we'd have 10 Key Position Players, thats ridiculous in anybody's eyes.

Tarrant
Rocca
Fraser
Richards
C.Cloke
T.Cloke
Prestigiacomo
Walker
Morrison
Hall
Wakelin

Plus Gardiner

Add into that Jason Cloke and Tom Davidson.

Malthouse approves the deal and I'll have his freaking nuts!

Another one that has been thrown around is Chapman and Wojcinski for our pick 7. Dont know how true this one is but I would seriuosly consider it. Both have a lot of good footy left in them. Chapman is a goal kicker which could free up Leon for Midfield and Wojinski could be used as a half back flanker as he has had a pretty good season and should continue to improve!

15 years in the midfield?

Good luck.
