I'm sure Crawf would like to play for us for his last few years, but unfortunately he would be way too expensive. At first thought a few weeks ago I thought I wanted to get him but when I realised what his wage was, then it's just not possible.
ONLY if a miracle occurred and we didn't have to give up too much and his wage was miraculously cut in half could we take him. There's more chance of me playing FF this year! _________________ Hearing the 'Black & White Army' roar is the greatest sound in the world. |

If Greg Swann is a man of his word then you can take it as gospel what he said from the article link below. Crawford will NOT be coming to Collingwood not unless Hawthorn are giving him away for free.

Collingwood chief executive Greg Swann last night emphatically denied his club would seek a trade for Crawford.
"We are not interested in Shane Crawford and you can quote me on that," Swann said. |

Anybody who seriously thinks we are better off trading Fraser to get Crawford is MAD.
End of story. Full stop.
Please get back to reality.
Fraser IS the future of our club.
How long have some of you Collingwood supporters been following the game? |

Jolly will be chased hard. Fraser will definitly not go - not for the next 5 years. Crawford (I've head) may stay on as skipper at the Hawks. |
