If they won't give up Kelly, Bartel, Corey or Tenace then they won't be getting Ottens.

Gone are the days of giving up boiled lollies to buy chocolates.

Corey absolutely blitzed us when we played the Cats. On that basis it would be great to get him. Then again, Andrew Williams used to blitz us too.

As TheGaffer says, Geelong will have to give up a quality player, or two, to get Ottens. Our pick #7 is a better bargaining chip for Ottens than is their #16 so a deal is definitely possible. Quite clearly if we don't get one of Kelly, Bartel, Corey or Tenace then we won't be dealing.

Whichever way you look at it getting Ottens to Geelong is going to cost them plenty. I suspect we will see Ottens playing for Richmond again next season.

I wonder if they would waste PSD #1 to redraft him if he seriously quit? Or would they let him pass to the Hawks or Dogs or ... us? He's not worth losing sleep over if you ask me.

50/50 on this one. Depends on how far the draft goes. If it is as shallow as they say, do it.
