No thanks. He is overrated. Average kick and a bit of a hot head (Mark Williams in round 21). Nope. I'd rather have Shaw. I think he will go to Adeladie or West Coast as they need well built forwards. |

Dont know how u can say he is an average kick.If u eva watched him play in the forward line u would see he is one of the straightest kicks going around. He might not kick it far but he sure does kick it straight.
At least he doesn't panic & shit himself. |

J26, his couple of goals almost sunk us not that long ago. I would take him too. He has had to play more key position at Richmond than he would with us. I can see him slotting nicely into the third forward role, or even a good matchup with players like Farmer, O'Keefe etc. I have no doubt he would make our best 22. |

I will pay for the taxi to get him to Lexus and Shaw to Punt Road. |

That may be true, but in general his kicking is average. Get a copy of INSIDE FOOTBALL for this week and check the stats on best and worst kicks in each side. |

5 goals & 2 behinds=71.4% accuracy.
Wish Tazz & Ant had that. |

Post subject: Shaw for Zantuck | |
Would be a great pick up for any team, not sure if there is a role though for both he and Andrew Williams on the same list, as they both essentially play the same position
Williams will be lucky to remain on list. Shaw for Zantuck. at list Zantuck can deliver and kick the footy. remember 4 goals against us in round 17! _________________ Bring back Dak's |

I'd prefer Williams over Zantuck. 10 times better. |

I'm afraid Andrew Williams has lost the plot. At his best he was better than Zantuck but at the moment Zantuck would get a game in the seniors whilst Williams wouldn't (injuries notwithstanding). Williams 10 times better? I don't think so. |

I think Williams will be kept for one more season.
The knock to the ribs in late 2003 really dinted his confidence not to mention his ribs.
His confidence is coming back and I think MM will give him a full pre season and a chance in 2005. |

I would love to see Williams back in the form he displayed when he first came to the Pies. It would be like getting a new recruit. |

sq3, I reackon you could be onto something. Williams was more than accountable in 2003, doing the job week in week out given to him playing as a true utility player. 2004 - well let that one go through to the keeper. Crikey Ben Kinnear had 7 seasons to show any class at Collingwood, surely we can give the guy one more season. |
