This is similar to the questionnaire on the Official site. If you'd like to fill it in, along with a photo, if you wish, and email it to: joel@magpies.net then that would be great.

Why do you support the Pies? Who had the greatest influence on your 'decision'?
What/when has been you all time favourite Collingwood game? Why?

Favourite Player: Past and the Present. Why?

Where to you believe that the Collingwood Football Club is heading? Off-field and On-field.
What was the best goal you have ever seen a Collingwood player kick?
