Post subject: Fire Tragedy in North-Western Tasmania | |
|
At 11pm last night Smithton fire fighters were called to a house fire in Scotchtown in North-Western Tasmania. Sadly the fire fighters were unable to gain control of the fire, and 4 young lives were lost. The ages of the children that lost their lives were in the range of 7-13. Two of the children were residents of the house, where as the other 2 were friends visiting the home. Fire Fighters belive that clothes hanging too close to the fire was the course of the fire. But will be investigating the fire, to see if it was an accident, or not.
Police believe that one of the children escaped the fire, but went back in, the community of the small North-Western town are devestated, aswell as the Smithton Primary School. _________________ Ðavâgé

Can I ask where were the adults in all this.
I've heard nothing about them. |

I'm not sure, the news didn't say anything about the parents, they along with the other 2 of their kids were outside. The father tried to go in but was burnt.
Ages and names were released today, two of the children that lived there were 7 and 12. The two girls visiting, were both 13 years of age. _________________ Ðavâgé
