One point he makes is probably true, Swans v anyone in the only game of the weekend would rate 'its socks off', unfortunately, if we weren't playing, it'd be in front of a crowd of 2 men and a dog. Not only do we rate, we put paying bums on seats...that's what makes a block buster.

actually agree with most of what he says. dont think richmond will finish bottom but the top eight selections appear reasonable. he has us third - i think it will be more like 5-8. pavlich is without question good enough to win a brownlow. easily in the top 5 players of the comp and still only 21-22. as for the pies v swanettes... let him whinge. if any other club had got off the arse and requested such a fixture im sure the afl would have done what they could to facilitate it. not surprising its only blokes like ed and colless (as much as i dislike him) that were prepared to come up with something, present it to the afl and get the gig. why does every journo and his dog want to lay into us for initiative? any other club and they would be thrilled.
