A complete washout today in Hobart and, apart from an over or two, the same for Sydney.

Who does this favour ? Maybe The Bulls - although it's hard to see a result there with The Blues on 4/196, still 222 behind on the first innings.

I suppose there will still be an attempt at a result but with only one day left, it's hard to see how.

If play is possible at Bellerive, tomorrow, the only issue seems to be first innings points with The Bushies on 7/252, still 89 behind.

If Tassie secure the 2 points, The Bulls will need an outright to pass them and even that would be determined by for/against quotient.

The most likely scenario is a Bushies/Tigers final at the MCG with just an outside possibility of it being Bushies/Bulls.

I heard that theres 2 days to go in the Tassie Vs Vics game is that right?
If i'm right, this would be the 3rd time in a row(this season) Tassie would have played the Vics if these sides play off in the final. As someone who dosn't know that much about cricket(other than the international stuff).

No, one day left molly.

Every state plays every other state twice so yes, if Tassie make the final, it'll be three times in a row they play the Bushrangers.

And it looks like that will be the case as the rain tumbles down in Sydney and Victoria declared 89 behind Tassie in Hobart.

In the last stanzas of play in these two matches, anything's still possible.

If Tassie win outright, that's it. Vic/Tas final.

If it's a draw, that knocks NSW out of the equation because Tassie get 2 points. The Bulls would pass them with an outright win.

If The Bushies win, NSW or Queensland will pass Tassie with an outright.

Both games are poised at the moment. The Bushies are 5 down but Moss and Joseland are batting positively and have added 58 runs. The ask there is 6.3 r.p.o.

The Bulls are on top in the other game with NSW needing 7.35 r.p.o. with 6 wickets in hand. Steve Waugh just went, for 9.

Well it looks the game down here will be a draw, unless Victoria callapses.

What an incredible finish. Tassie has to be so pissed off.

Their game was cut short with them in a possible winning position and at the SCG, the umpires decided to keep playing in bad light.

It's Bushrangers v. Bulls in the final.

I think there was a hint of rain aswell, down here, I think the umpires made the right decision. Even though the weather didn't really help Tasmania in anyway. Tassie should be happy with the amount of wins they got this season. And that Shane Watson is coming along pretty well, his batting has improved, his bowling is coming along aswell.

There's lots of things that Tassie can take out of this season, next year they need to work a little harder and win a few more games. I hope the final, is as good as these 2 games that finished today, it would be a good way to end the season.
