The draft has commenced. There is a 72 hour time limit to choose your player, so let's at least try to have our times finalised before the start of the season.

Yeah, 72 hours to pick a player was way too long. What is there to think about in the early stages of the draft. Once all the cream has been selected, it then becomes more difficult, but surely, the first 6 - 10 picks by each team shouldn't be too hard.

Re the contingency players, I have just worked out that if you don't pick within the time frame, the first player on your contingency list automatically gets drafted to your team.

I've been busy moving my list, just in case...

maggies. as the league commish, maybe you can email all teams owners urging the importance of getting the draft completed. Maybe propose a time for everyone to be online so we can get it over with.

You have to give everyone a fair chance, but I think after all teams have their starting 22, maybe you could shorten the time frame for selections as we are allowed 30 players each.

Besides, if everyone is online together, we could complete the draft in a couple of hours.
