All in due course Joffa.

Its all to do with supply and demand. The higher the demand, then Elvira shall be supplied.

Although i get the feeling that it may have to be a midnight vidual as Elvira is a woman of darkness.

I will do my best Joffa but an appearance fee etc needs to be sorted out with Elvira before any meetings take place. You as a celebrity Joffa should realise that celebrities dont appear for free.
