All London Game info in here please

Following our meeting yesterday, I am delighted to announce some initial plans for the game on Saturday 11th October at 1.30pm to be held at the Oval.

At the moment we are in discussion with Surrey Cricket Club to obtain a roped off area and I will alert everyone the outcome of this on Wednesday 10th September.

Plans to this stage are to have a Marquee at the cricket ground, to allow our members and new members to join us in a byo picnic. As you may or may not know, we are able to bring alcohol into the ground, although there is a limit. Please see details as of next week.

We hope to invite new people into our Magpie Birdcage and will be purchasing a lovely Marquee to do this. On sale too will be our Collingwood London Supporter Club stubby holder.

Membership to our club is only £10 and this entitles you to access to some functions, news and info and the ability to buy exclusive London merchandise. We will also be selling the stubby holders as part of the upgraded membership, for £15. If you join this year you will be treated as a foundation member and this will appear in your membership renewal.
And when we do get big and we have medallions, we shall make it known that you are a foundation member.
