I would say he wont be a tagger next year, even possibly in the finals. He's not playing tight enough. Williams ran off him and Holland really might not even play again this year unfortunely because imo his getting frustrated. that punch didn't look good.

He has worked harder and more constant this year than i have eva seen him.....this taggin role was the best thing he coulda done for his career.....bein a forward he wasnt always kickin goals or bein in the right spot just coz last nite he wasnt tight enough on williams shouldnt shadow his great season.... Cool

I personally hope Presti is back soon there is nuthin wrong with havin 2 many good backmens....even thou we r doing great without him he is missed and would luv 2 see him back ASAP Smile Smile

Indiscretions aside, a bit harsh saying he's struggling on the strength of one game, when he's done so well in that role on so many other players this year. And as Tessa says, give some credit to the opposition - Paul Williams is very good. No player will beat their man every week.

Knees in the back have been cracked down on by the tribunal, though. We don't need that. Our discipline otherwise has been very good this year - very few reports. Unfortunately Brodes was one of them, back in round one.

I thought he did a great job and toweled Williams up, had him benched.
You have got to admire a bloke like brodie, not only has he turned his career around but he has put his hand up to go where little fellas need plenty of guts, in and under.

Holland won't even get cited. The umpire was right there, and could have reported him. On the replay he barely touches him with the knee and uses his palm more than anything to grind him into the ground - not his knee!

Dutchie played a pretty good game. How many goals did Williams Kick ? 2 ? One form a Fifity metre penalty. How many goals did Dutchie kick ? 1 ? Not bad for a tagger. Dutchie has been fantastic in the centre and in and under packs. I can't beleive this negative post. Seriously, I don't think he will get sighted. The kneeing incident wasn't as bad as it looked. He actually hit the turf first when he went into Williams. His aim was just to get Williams off Woey.

Broadie has been exceptional this year. Credit must go out to both himself and MM for re-inventing him as a player. Labelling Broadie solely as a tagger is harsh, as I feel he finds a lot of the ball, and uses it quite effectively. Accountable would be a more appropriate word to apply.

I reckon that he has been doing well.
If not he would not have got whacked against Carlton.
Opposition teams are starting to give him extra physical attention.

Maybe williams can come out and say "I milked that when he "hit" me".
Hopefully Eddie will see to it.

Surely you jest Woey fan? Holland has done some magnificent tagging jobs just recently and has been instrumental himself as an extractor and in the free flow.

Williams was good but nothing too special. Not a bad job at all.

Dutchy has been great since being a tagger and hasen't been beaten this year I don't think. But did anyone see his attemp to trip willo before he put his knees on him? If he connectd with the trip he would be out for 1 or 2 weeks

Woey fan i would be more worried about Woewodin and this weeks game as against Essendon first time round he got spanked by McVeigh.

Brodie Holland has been great in our midfield this year and has bobbed up and kicked goals when required. You will be missed Dutchy.
