Can anyone tell me if he has been nominated??
He has played consistent great footy all year without being dropped I think and should at least get a nomination. Plus he has starred in an ad as well. |

Im not to sure about the stipulations but i think Lokan may be too old. To be nominated you have to have played under 10 games by the start of the season and be under a certain age, i cant remeber if thats 20 or 21.
Anyway, with Sam Mitchell being nominated in round one this year i think he has it in the bag....
oh wait, the AFL commision will push their hand and give it to Schnider to keep interest in the Harbour City, if this occurs it will be a joke!!!!!! |

Wouldn't be a joke at all donuts. Schneider is a gun. Would've loved to have got him for Davis... argh, better not open that can of worms again...

You have to be under 21 to get nominated. Lokans dob is 20/11/82, meaning that he isn't 21 until november, so he is eligible.
Very suprised he hasn't been nominated yet has played fairly consistent footy for a first year player and hasn't been dropped once |

no, u only have to be under 21 at the start of the season to be able to win the rising star... Lokan will win it this week

| Didnt mean that in a bad way weed, shnider is good, I just think that sam mitchell will get the award at the years end and if he doesnt, it wont be fair at all coz he has deserved it. |
