Post subject: Umpires corruption tonight! | |
|
Hey everyone although it was a great win for us, but the umpires did there best to keep the swans in the game. Ok fair enough about a few of our guys being a bit slack with high tackling, but when the Swans players were diving on the ball all a Collingwood player had to do was touch him and it was a free kick! Tarrant laid 6 tackles tonight and 2 of them deserved free kicks inside the 50 as the Swan players had time to dispose and didn't dispose of the ball correctly. Anyway on a possitive note I thought Tarant and Rocca played great games in wet footy and their 2nd efforts were awsome laying 13 tackles between them and Wakes and Clement did agreat job on Hall and O'locklin. _________________ FOR F**K SAKE MOVE THE BALL ON QUICKLY!!! |

That was actually the other tosser McLaren. He was like 60 metres away and overuled the other yellow shirted Swan "player".
The umpiring was a disgrace, it gets worse each week and just goes to show what a great side we are having to play against the maggots as well. |

MM's after game Press Conference said it all. He mentioned the stats, how the Swans, had more kicks, more hand balls, more tackles, more frees and how we still won the game even though the very important statistic of more frees were won by the Swans. That was the statistic he really highlighted. _________________ Jacqui © Proud Pies 2003 and beyond |

In my opinion there are 2 particular umpires who constantly make 'strange' decisions against Collingwood. McLaren, who was one of the Swans best players last night, and Sheehan who plays for any team that plays Collingwood.
The perfect example of Sheehan was when he did his hammy, (can't remember who we were playing) it was almost impossible for us to get a free, once he left the ground, the frees evened up and a it was a fair game. Wonder how he'll help Essendon on Friday night....pity his hammy got better now I won't be sorry to see him retire. _________________ Jacqui © Proud Pies 2003 and beyond |

#2- Michael Vozzo
#5- Mathew James
#11- Scott McLaren
These 3 are supposed to be 3 of the best in the league.
They were under an AFL Directive last night I would of thought.
James was not to bad but McLaren and Vozzo were disgraceful.
Sheehan went off at the Geelong game. Also expect Sheehan to announce his retirement this week. He was dropped for this round of matches and will not get finals.
Dare I say it, I would rather have McBurney then Vozzo or McLaren, as he has no clue of the game.
In a Final if we got-#3- Stephen McBurney
#32- Darren Goldspink
#5- Mathew James
we would have a gair chance of the game being officiated in a better manner then last night. |

Disgraceful.
These clowns really know how to ruin a spectacle. There's no doubt they were trying to keep Sydney in the game. If they had been beaten by 10 goals plus, the Sydney bandwagon supporters would of abandoned them. The AFL can't have that now, can they? _________________ Con Nose Evrythin, you see

and the umpiring in the adelaide game was just as bad in the last quarter - they really wanted adelaide to win. It reminds me of the Sydney of 1996 (gf appearance) when they won many games because the umps gave them 20 frees after half time.
Bloody hell, no wonder interstate teams win a lot of premierships, they get all our money and the umps give them all our frees!! Piss off interstaters, we never had this problem when it was the VFL! (joking people!)

my personal fav was when taz had the ball on the ground with three sydney players charging at him and throwing their knees into his head and when he didnt get the obvious free he told the umps wat we were all thinking and the umps saw it as another chance to let sydney catch up "Swearing!, Sydney free!........GOAL" that one was a beauty, geez the umps are good at their job _________________ This message was proudly brought to you by Katie *cough* Tarrant |

The umpiring was a disgrace last night. I felt so angry along with Bucks when the mark was disallowed, but I felt even more sick looking at the yuppie looking bleached toe rag of an Ump.
How many times last night did a player trying to break a tackle drop the ball and play was called on, that is holding the ball when you take a step or attempt to break away, FFSake. |

#2- Michael Vozzo <-- the worst cheating I have ever had the displeasure to watch, how this hack gets near a game is a disgrace!!!!
#5- Mathew James <-- not the worst of the umpires going around, his hatred of us seems to be less than others.
#11- Scott McLaren <-- inept, confused, and biased beyond belief!
makes you wonder how many of these hacks put money on games, the AFL has shown it will do nothing about the standard of umpiring, and it keeps getting worse and worse!
@ 1/4 time the frees where about 5-5 and we where thumping them, 8-17 for the rest of the game and they nearly stayed in it, nothing more than cheats.
How many frees a game should Taz recieve?? they hate him.
Molly is being umpired out of the game all together, his carreer may well be in the balance B'cos of the way the umps single him out.

The most disgraceful umpiring I've ever witnessed , they did everything in their power to ensure a swans win.
I nearly hit the roof when they took that mark off Buckley.
It was almost comical |

I think Tazz also got a 50 mt penalty for that Maggie20ct. Can't swear at maggots now can we?? I feel that the blatant umpire CHEATING is far beyond acceptable behavior, and obviously directed from AFL dickheads, so I reckon we should ALL email that x bitchmond tool and tell him how it is!! Anyone know his address?? _________________ GO THE MIGHTY PIES |
