Congtulations Collingwood FC: September Action Again!

I know most will say "one week at a time" etc. but I would just like to say well bloody done!, we are back where we belong, playing finals!
no matter what happens for the rest of the year, right here, right now, I am sooooooo bloody proud of our Club, pulling itself up from the disapointing end of the 90's to be back where we are today, some would say its a miracle but we all know the hard work that has been put into getting us here, I would like to congratulate every one on a great job, not just the players but every-one!

BTW, hoggy, I think MagpieMad is referring to the fact that are we are ack to playing in finals on a consistent basis (if you call 2 years consistent).

but yeah, last year they thought we where a fluke, we are not! back2back finals series is a huge effort for every-one to have achieved after years like 98-99-00.

Hmmmm and what do finals count for if your not the last Team standing? You can make the finals every year for 100 years and if you dont win a Premiership...IT MEANS NUFFN!

If you don't win the GF you've really achieved nothing. There's no prize for finishing runners up, you might as well have finished fourth. Has anyone stood up in an argument and said "at least we made it to the GF"? Probably not. This in no way, is taking anything away from the boys performances last year who were exceptional through-out 2002. Just a reminder to you all that second best isn't good enough for Collingwood. We should all command success. Im sure the boys feel exactly the same way.

lol you lot are a laugh! think on this: If you make the finals on any given year it is probarbly means that you have won more games than you have lost, yeah? it's about the whole season experience, the GF is the big one no doubt but I'd rather be in the finals than be getting the spoon! so lighten up dewds its been a good year, we have a good shot at it, so enjoy it!
