well it is herritage week... so they have the right to wear a herritage jumper like everyone else...

i mean Freo looked like a Swans top and no fuss was made...
Richmond looked like Hawthorn....
etc...

I think it was made a fuss by the media just cos it had sumthing to do with Collingwood.... and i think our supporters really dont give a rats...

It's not like they wear it all the time.

They are the Power now... so thats it.

I think Hawthorn should keep that heritage jumper. Still sh!t and p!ss, but heaps better than the the vertical stripes they wear.

Get over it. There was 2 black and white striped premier league teams last year...Newcastle and West Brom. In the Italian Serie A Juventus and Udinese both wear black and white stripes.

Kangaroos and Geelong both have Blue and white...but one with vertical and one horizontal. What if Port had black and white just not striped?

I think they could've been Black and White since 1996. However they arn't the magpies. I wouldn't have cared if they we're the zebras, penguins, pandas, killer whales or orcas, skunks, dalmations, or the cows but you obviously couldn't of had 2 magpie teams.

They wouldn't of had to think of something black and white though. I was just thinking...who ever heard of a blue and white cat? or a blue and white kangaroo?

Isnt the kangaroos a light blue compared to geelongs a dark blue yes its blue but its hardly the same. Why should port have just black and white surely we dont want more jumper clashes.

I stayed away from the tele for the length of the their game so was not subjected to the ignomy.

Some of the jumpers I did see were shocking. But I guess thin stripes were trendy at the start of the LAST century (ie 1900). Probably all those evil and immoral Ragtime music lovers are to blame. Not only thin stripes but we have Jazz to blame on these people as well.
