Bad news to anyone that likes tennis. Scud match wont be on live tonight according to radio reports. If ch9 coverage starts at 11.30 it will be on about a 2 hour delay!!!!!!!!
Hopefully im wrong but im pretty sure im right
Go the Scud!!!!!! Grosjean is a very good player on grass however so should be a ripper game.

and the other thing JLC is that CH 10 are only showing the pies game at 10:30pm up in sydney and the extra money we pay for FOX footy channel to see the games live are also showing it at 10:30pm???? makes a whole lot of sense doesn't it?? not!! _________________ Most of my favourite bands start with "M" - Mars Volta, Mastodon, Megadeth, Metallica, Midnight Oil, Misfits...except King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard ~ |

As much as I love to bag 9 there's not much they can do in this instance. Scud's match starts at 9 pm and they have a committment to they footy. It's just bad luck.
Maybe 9 will get lucky and there'll be a 2 hour rain delay or something. _________________ Do I look like the tech? |

You cannot blame Channel 9, however if the weather is like the last two days, play will not start to 11ish-11:30ish our time |

I think an Aussie in the Wimbledon semis is more important than a delayed telecast of Ess v StKilda.
Anyway i prefer Foxtel so i hope they are allowed to show it live.

If Collingwood were playing, i'd rather watch the football. So in ch9's case and for the love of the game.. I'm glad the footy is on and the Tennis is delayed.
The whinging Williamstown boy can wait..
Nobody liked him a few years ago.. |

Its not every bloody day that an aussie is in the semi-finals of wimbledon! All that stuff that happened a while ago is in the past and they all forgave each other for it, so maybe u's should get over it as well and support ur country. |

Really, Culprit?
The Poo won Australia the Davis Cup a few years back, and has withdrawn due to injury on other occasions - he's had three knee operations for Christ's sake. How is it then that when everyone's favourite son Rafter pulls out of Davis Cups with his injuries, no one mentions a word?
He is 25 now and has matured. Yes, he may have been a whinger whichever way you look at things in the past, but look at Lleyton Hewitt - he's a little prick (but that's Aussie spirit, isn't it, because he has an Anglo Saxon name). Look at Andy Roddick et al. Most of the young players are outspoken pricks because they are playing an individual sport at such a young age and have already earned millions. Agassi was an a-hole - but now he's the gentleman of the court. Even Jelena Dokic will learn with age. That's what comes with maturity. |
