I for one have been dissatisfied with the model we have and felt a radical change was required

This new structure has yet to bear fruit but IMO the old weren't going well

So want this whole new model to get us back where we belong

This 'guy' could do for us what Silvagni has done at Carlton. He needs to send all his ex-clients a Xmas Card, stay mates with them and coax them our way.
