I want a professional club not a mates club.
So don't tell me to get onboard with certain individuals who are on the gravy train for their own ego's and wallet.

A serious question, what is the game plan because at times I think it's a bit like Richmond's and a bit like god knows what.

I like the way Hawthorn play(ed). It's very efficient and that's what we should be aiming for but you need players with skill which we're short of.

But, I guess you have to play to your strengths and if that's playing the game like a game of union and it wins you premierships, then so be it.

Not sure that's a good idea. Fumes from microwaved plastic are carcinogenic.

Hardwick embraced what his players' capabilities weee this year and coached accordingly.

Buckley is forcing a theoretically sound game plan upon a team that does not have the collective skill and footy smarts to execute it.

It's why Mick was ultimately successful with us. He played to our strengths.

And it basically spells out why Bucks is highly unlikely to ever be successful.

Mick's game plan changed very little. What made the difference was getting Leroy brown, Luke Ball and Darren Jolly into the club to fill the gaps so that they could execute the game plan that he had propagated for years.

No deep breaths here, I'm already on!

It's been hard to get excited in recent times but I've seen enough this season to suggest we'll go alright

You know Richmond aren't a very skillful side either. At one stage in the Grand Final their disposal efficiency was 58%.So there's hope for us yet.But we need a lot of things to go right for us next year if we're going to have that sort of success.

I've been through the "F" ems and I'm not joining and I've got the hump but I've seen the light at the end of the tunnel and I believe we are not far off.We just need a couple of KPP's and what I saw of young McClarty has given me hope we have key back coming along.Jack Watts would be good at Collingwood, freeing up Moore to be a more on baller perhaps and as long as we offload the spuds that seem to be Buckley pets then there is no reason we can't turn it around as the Dogs and now Richmond have.I'm signing on for another year.

Yes that's all well and good but, and this is the real problem, lets say things go right and we win some games and get some sort of game plan going... at the sharp end of the season we'll get found out... because what's been really lacking has not been the team, the players or the injuries - its our lack of flexibility, imagination and the ability to adapt or react spontaneously to whats before us - this is all on the coaching box.
