Same thing happened with Pavlich. Its a good way for managers to get a nice little contract boost for their player. Get all the other clubs fighting for him and increase his value on the market.
I think an even funnier story is Aker going to the Swans. This is the same Sydney team going cap in hand to the AFL. Yet now they are going to add a Brownlow medallist to their list. Thats a joke. Obviously Sydney operate by a different set of rules to the rest of the competition.

I recon he will stay at the weasles, especially if they have some finals sucess this year.
If we were to trade for him I would trade anyone other than
Buckley, Burns, Lokyer, Licuria, Rocca, Fraser, Didak, Lonie, Clement MABYE Tarrant depending on whether he can live up to his hype.
Basically i've taken out all those who are our best in different sections on the ground and put the rest on the trade table.
No draft trades unless they want to do a straight swap... or an average player + draft.
Of course I dont think any of this will really happen so I've been a bit careless in who i'd give away. |
