nth melborne seem to be playing for each other and with the same level of intensity that we did last year.we do not tackle half as well as we used to and not as agressive at the ball.we got beaten up by a bunch of pretty boys.

I was just thinking that question a few days ago, and i was going to bring it up as a topic but i thought no. I reckon he did do some great things for the club especially with our midfield and centre. It was time for him to step into the big shoes, if it wasn't at North, he might of gone to Sydney or even Bulldogs, it was just a question of what club. He's a great coach, and will surely bring Premierships to North and mabee a few other clubs, i reckon he's got a good 12-15 years in him.

I was saying the same thing last night.

The intensity just ain't there as well we have to many passengers that are carrying injuries.

We miss Lokyer's smooth skills and linkage, Nick Davis's finishing, and senior players. We need the likes of Betheras and Freeborn to stabalise the team. We have too many young players. It's as if we've gone back a year to develop even more players at the cost of short-term success. Maybe it will work in the long-term, but I want success now! How long do we have to wait. We've been developing this team for the last 5 years!

I dont know,
All I can say about Laidley is that he is the toughest, hardest most ruthless coach going around.
That is not always a bad thing or a good thing.
