Joffa was in Geoff McClures little gossip section in the sports of the Age today.
He quoted Joffa about being hit in The AAMI Stadium toilets and having coins and glass thrown at the cheer squad.
My question is Joffa did you ring Geoff McClure or the Age and tell them of these incidents?
Or is Geoff McClure sourcing his stories off Nicks Bulletin Board?

yeah i guess he does and that really ain't very nice, so Geoff i'm sure you're reading this so why don't you at least ask for permission. I'm sure most people wouldn't mind if you used a few things but at least let people know

GP if the picture that was stolen is yours and you can prove it, demand an explantation and some $$$$$'s.
I presume (haven't looked) that Mike has a copyright thingy in here somewhere's..

Asking price for printed pics $100-$200

Noticed that in the Age a few days ago.
Looks like Mc Clure's struggling for originality with his column.
I rang the bloke up a while back to ask him a question, came across as a gruff prick.

Well i guess i'll wait and see what happens.
I've done some research (thanks Mike for the help) and i'll talk to the photographer and see if he wants to take it further.

Copyright is automatic. You don't have to declare it and you don't have to register anything, like you do with patents.

All the posts in this Bulletin Board belong to their authors and all the photographs belong to the photographers. The only exception is that in some cases, photographs taken by an employed photographer belong to the employer and not the photographer.

If you create something, anything, you own not only the thing that you have created but also the intellectual property inherent in it. That means that noone can copy it without permission. It doesn't matter if you've posted text or a photo in a public place, such as this forum, you still own it and it's intellectual property content. The act of posting something in public doesn't place it in the public domain.
