Port must have too much money to waste if they can p*ss $15,000 for an appeal up against the wall like that! They had ZERO chance of getting him off - Losers!!!!!!

I wouldn't say Port Power's team is a joke, a few of their players could come in handy at Collingwood.

I really don't know why Port decided to appeal, it was quite obvious he was going to go. Hell, the tribunal went easy on Chad, they could of added 8 more matches to the ban and made it 10 weeks. I still say the "Appeal" rule is stupid, because it makes the tribunal a joke, if they suspend someone and then the suspension is overturned, makes having a tribunal a joke. But justice was served, I would of given Cornes atleast 8 weeks for that, but then again, I am not on the tribunal.

Deserved 4 weeks for that. A discraceful act and 100% deliberate, not in the "spirit" of the game.

AFL needs some consistency in their decisions. When you look at what Barnard did to get 2 weeks then what Cornes did, you have to ask yourself how they could be judged as bad as one another.
