I think the bigger issue is who are THEY going to put on Taz, Rocca, Fraser....
They are the weakest ruck team in the comp (ranked 16th with 165 HO to our 200) so McKee SHOULD be able to do most of the ruck work, leaving the three tall guys in our forward line.
Reiwoldt has played CHB in the past, so I'd expect him on Rocca.
Hamil on Taz?
What ever they do, their forward line will be weakened.
We just need to get the ball into our forward 50 quickly. |

wakes on gerihg - that's a good match up - and Clokey on riewolt as long as he can go round the ground with him. If not, Clement? but that's a big job for a not quite tall backman.
johno on milne is a great match up, if he gets beaten on the lead, maybe burnsy on him, but that kills us a bit in the midfield.

Riewoldt is 193cm, 92 kg.
Clement is 190cm, 92 kg, but might find himself on a smaller type.
Wakes is 191 cm & 95 kg - much better suited.
Clokey is 189 cm & 94 kg and too slow. |

I think that we should not worry as he will end up down back, weather he starts there or not. Our midfield will dominate theirs and so they are the ones that need to worry about match in our tall forwards.
I would say that Riewolt would be given the job on Rocca. And if we are smart enough we would use Rocca as a decoy to keep Riewolt away from the action. Rocca is good enogh to beat him 1 on 1, but in endurance he would be outgunned. So if we used Rocca as a decoy forward his fitness levels would be saved so that he can run with Riewolt off the halfbackline, as I'm sure Riewolt would run of Rocca whenever given a chance. |
