University assignment on 1990

Hi all,

I am a new member to this forum, but I am not a new member of the mighty Collingwood army. I look forward to participating to the board whenever I can. In my first post I am writing to ask if anyone is willing to fill out a short survey I have made to help me with a research assignment I am doing on the importance of the 1990 Collingwood premiership (it’s a hard life!). Your help would be much appreciated.

The questions are as follows;

How important was the 1990 premiership to Collingwood at the time?

What is the moment that most sticks in your mind from the game?

How long did you party for afterwards?

Do you think the unparalleled jubilation that followed the win played a part Collingwood’s fall from grace over the next decade? Was there more to it?

Also if you could detail some brief details about yourself. ie. first name, age etc.

It would also be great if anyone has any contacts and could pass this on to Eddie ( ), or any players from 1990, or Joffa, or anyone involved. But responses from your average supporter will be appreciated just as much.

That's some in depth stuff there. Just quickly, most memorable moment from the 90 GF would be the man who held the ball at the final siren. The mighty Millane.

Daicos' first freaky goal in the first quarter was also a highlight as it got us started.
