that game against the blues was a very big learning curve in Collingwood becoming a very effective Wet Weather team....but serioulsy with the list we have...Wet or Dry we should still be able to Cane....It will happen, just imagine the damge we could do if we do start stringing together a full four quarters.

I don't think MM has drilled us s a "wet weather" side as such.... I think with the list we have we have players that revel in the wet. The likes of Johnson, Mcgough, Licuria, Obree etc may not have the skills or potential skills of the Didaks, Buckleys, Woewodins but are the get in and under players that just love getting dirty and "playing hard, tough" in and under footy.
The great thing about our current side is that all the players on our list can play in any conditions!!! |

I wouldn't think MM is moulding us as wet weather specialists, although football is a winter sport.
Something to think about - we were unbeatable at Docklands last year and early this year in the wizza cup (until that game ), all matches were played in near perfect conditions! |

very true woody....we were undefeated at the dome last year. I'd say we are just bloody good in any conditions (when we mentally prepare for the game) _________________ My oxygen is Collingwood. Without it I die.
