Collingwood Vs Nick Davis

Firstly would just like to say g'day to everyone on here. Have been around on FTO as D9 for a while as some of you may know but since being back on the net haven't been able to find FTO.... dunno if any of you can help out there..... But anyway

This weekend will be very interesting me thinks. The first time Mr "walkout" davis comes up against us. I am pondering the reception he shall get this weekend back in the magpies domain!!!!!

Should be interesting to see how he holds up under the pressure and interesting to see how his EX Teams mates are towards him. I am hoping clokey kills the little runt!!!!!

No not trying to do that at all..... just wondering about his reception.... I am old enough to remember the old Vic Park days and th3e reception anyone who left our great club would recieve there.

I personally always thought that Nick was overrated. BUT I also admired him because of the visual skills and brilliance that he could show. Anyone who helps collingwood to a grand final etc. Has respect in my books!!!

That doesn't mean that after I have a few drinks into me at the game this weekend he won't cop a mouthfull or 20!!!!!

It's all par for the course Scotty. he knows what to expect. We won't be concentrating on him too much though.

hahah if i was there i would boo him, he's a professional he should be able to handle it. But i'm in perth so i'll just have to boo him from home. My brother is a swans supporter and he gets annoyed cause during sydney games i just bag nick davis. It's all in good fun though.

Of all the angst I feel regrding Nick Davis abandoning the Magpies, one of the most difficult things I struggle with is how much he cost us.

In an open trade market we should have got a top ten pick for Nick but because he was so determined to go home and had been letting everyone know for years, we got stuff all for him. Even if Bo Nixon turns out to be a champion, we have still been robbed blind.

The Ultimate way to achieve pay back is to win...Who cares about Nick Davis, I will not have any time to bother about what he is doing as I will be, as usual, too busy supporting our team.....would not give anyone from the Sydney side the time of day so why would he be any different.

"Censored" Nicholas? That's quite an accusation. Besides the removal of gratutious swearing and abuse (which is standard operating procedure here) whose posts were altered or editted?

The thread was locked when it descended into the umpteenth repeat of the "i luv nick davis / i hate nick davis" debacle that has bored the pants of most of us, but you can still find it if you wish. You just can't add to it.

If that's censorship, then its a pretty gentle form (and will likely happen with this thread if it descends into the same farce).
