Well that title got your attention!!!
Was a great day today at the Roebuck in London for us Collingwood Supporters who got together for our 2nd 'do'. Seven new faces showed up, at this rate we will have enough to fill Buckingham Palace and the grounds by xmas. Watch out Liz , we may need your backyard soon.

Was great to see some new faces and I hope I dont leave anyone out

We had a great many hours sitting in the beer garden, having a bbq, which is fantastic for some of us who dont get to experience this in London. We made some great plans for the future, including the wish to see us field a Black and White team here next year. We appointed a coach and an assistant and our already retired captain played for the Sydney Swans a few years ago, so we may get legit!!!

But it was really cool, some great ideas were talked about and its onwards and upwards from now. Thanks to Mark for the suggestion of a lovely venue. Stayed tuned for some future fishy tales and some news of our next event in May. This one we think will involve attending a BARFL match, basically gatecrashing to see how its all done!!

It was a great day, really lovely ppl all getting together coz they love the club and making an effort so far away from home.

Pity the Communications Director forgot his camera though. Doh ! Embarassed

Can't wait for the next one. In a drunken haze I seem to remember saying we would get together on the last Saturday of every month. Is that definite now ?

Mark, I kinda thought you were a bit legless. And as for sex at the bbq, well when I left London Dave led a group of young ladies into the conservatory, so keep your eyes peeled for updates!! But seriously, it was a great day and London Dave will get back to us all when we have some news on forums etc.

Sorry if the headline offended anyone, it was only meant as an eye catcher.

I will change it now-see new heading.

And yes we have agreed to the last Saturday of the month. I am going to contact the demons and see if we can crash their place for the next one and see how they do it with their games etc.
