The Banner went as follows~-

The AFL Lions
With Salaries to Spare
Fix Em up
Make em Look Like the BEARS! LOL

This was the greatest banner in the history of the VFL/ AFL and we couldnt even show it because there was a threat of having a $20,000 fine but who cares we have the money for it and it would have been a laugh I hope there is photos of it!

Does any members of the NORTHERN ARMY have any pics of? thanx guys and girls!

It got more publicity than if it was shown. Banner live on National TV. All News Papers ran with the story. So what some viewers and the spectators were going to see, now all of a sudden you have ten time sthe amlunt of Exposure. The AFL are dirty.
