I doubt it. Our midfiedl was very good. Fletcher wouldn't have added much on the day IMO. Had we taken a ruckman on the other hand..... Jesus had tarrant just been of average mental capacity we would have been premiers. His two misses were costly and unfortunately not out of character. Anyway, don't get me started on what cost us that or any other premiership or I'll go on again about the most expensive deal we have ever done - the McKee deal. |

I wouldn't blame Tarrant. I point to that goal that Rocca got screwed out of. I tortured myself watching that game over and over again on Fox Footy, and especially on the one that has Leigh Matthews' coaches box commentary. After that Rocca "miss", even Matthews asked "what was wrong with that?". Those were his exact words...
They kicked in after that "behind" and basically moved the ball up the field, and went into the lead on a goal, instead of our lead being stretched to 2. We had a such a good defensive unit that year, and such a strong stranglehold on Brisbane's run and gun style, that we probably could have protected that lead. |

Aaron Fiora. Now traded to St.Kilda for Heath Black.
On Fletcher, I doubt he'd have been the difference in 2002. Who would have been left out? Scotland? Steinfort? |

BJ... Mark is referring to Pavlich, who went at #4. At least Richmond, stupid as our recruiters, pissed that pick away on Fiora, who isn't worth the jelly he's made from.
How Freo didn't have a better 2000 season with Clement and Holland still in their colours is disturbing.

| We had pick #3. We traded that and Clinton King (long haired guy, #40) to Richmond for McKee and Pick #7. We could have used #3 if we had kept it for Pavlich. |

I can't see how anything has changed j26. Everyone ahead of us did their passing too.
Can players still be delisted pre-dec draft, anyone know for sure? I think they can - but not 100%.
