Music would not be what it is today without The Beatles, so whatever music we listen to today, young or old, The Beatles made a "Revolution" in the music industry.
George and John will be Rockin the Heavens!
RIP
Peace

Hmmmmmmmmmm.
Meeting one of the Beatles ... or the Pies winning the flag?
I'm so glad we don't ever actually have to make these sorts of choices in real life, Greg.
I've never been O/S ... but if I ever do, I want to go to England. And the two cities I really want to see are London and Liverpool.
By the way ... it's known around here that I like Liverpool in the English Premier League. I've been a Reds fan since about 1965.
Now ... can anyone guess why I chose Liverpool?

A lot of folks may not know of him, but he was a great sportswriter who had been in hospital reaaly crook for many years, but still wrote great stuff. Wrote for the Age ever since I can remember, and I always read his columns. A lot of so called journos wouldnt have an iota of the guys insight and skill...RIP.

Dick was my mums second cousin, her side of the family are all Essendon supporters. I remember him as a young boy, he gave me and my brothers plenty beacause we were Collingwood people, however always came across as a kind, generous, and funny man. Great man, magic footballer. RIP.

Jack Dyer was 89, and one of the genuine titans of Australian Rules football. Condolences to everyone at Richmond, and all those who knew and loved him in the community.
