Aimlessly surfing the net is good fun

She's a honey (Alexis that is). Poor black guys missing out. She also doesn't do gang bangs or groups, draws the line at a 3some.

She's almost exactly 20 years younger than me. Recon I have a chance? Wink

Go for it what you got to lose? Bet she comes with a free grease and oil change! Wink

^ Personally, I would think that if the land is passed onto whom ever, that unless the land is sold then no tax should be paid.

If a house and land such as that has been in the family for centuries, it would be such a shame to lose it because one can't afford to pay the tax on it. But if he just doesn't want to pay it... then well.. that's their problem.

No, it wouldn't be a shame; that's the sort of nepotism that underwrote centuries of feudalism. One's grandfather's grandfather's achievements (or just as likely brutal pillaging) are all well and good, but we're big enough kiddies now to stand on our own two feet without the need for the fantasy that we somehow come from a superior line of Homo sapiens. And unless you're talking about a national park or essential capital reserves, resources which are either not put to work or are inefficiently put to work halt everyone's progress.

This is a funny one.

My ex-wifes father recently passed away, multi millionaire and the bickering over how many million each beneficiary gets is unreal.
He only had 2 children; moleface 48 & her brother 60ish. One grandchild, my eldest daughter.
Molefaces biggest concern is keeping her disability pension and the brothers worried about half a mill coming out of his share for money he borrowed last year and failed to pay back (needed 2 flash Audis).

Nah ... they were fckwits before he died.
The old man would've burnt the money before giving it to random people.

So would I actually. If I couldn't leave it to my kids, or whoever else I chose, I'd put it through a paper shredder.
