Does this mean he'll stop obsessing about Murdoch? _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

Why, he’s 100% correct. You think it’s OK to have one foreign company indeed one family to have so much media concentration and power? The same family who so eagerly brought us Donald Trump? The same family who owned News of the World? (Not sure if you’re too young to recall that) Murdoch is a disgrace.
That’s what made the Victorian State election so delicious: the Murdoch press were so out of touch.
Rudd and Prince of Point piper have it right.
Rudd in a spirit of bipartisanship appointed liberals to ambassadorships and similar positions. As far as I’m aware this was not reciprocated (at all) by successive Lib Governments.
He’s the logical choice for the position of US ambassador not a failed treasurer like Hockey. _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |
