Averaging 10 kicks and 8 handballs a game?
Under MM, he averaged under 20 disposals but under Buckley he hasn't averaged under 24. Averaging more than 26 in 4 of the 5 years. These are not the droids you are looking for. |
Knew he was a champion before we recruited him, that under 19's GF sealed it 4 me... I pinched myself when I heard we recruited him - he would have been a champion under any coach - so can't attribute either MM or Bucks. |

Our forward line is injury gutted, moore, fas, Elliott, are basically irreplaceable, Cloke is struggling, so it is what it is, I guess.

When we have won this year the mids have kicked a large number of goals
We lack goal kicking forwards at the moment due to injuries

I reckon that if Aish wants to get back into the seniors he should focus on being a small forward. That's what we desperately miss atm. |

one year ago the consensus on this board was the faz was an arrogant piece of merde and needed to be sacked or traded (although most thought we couldnt get anything for him) because he was a dud and was never going to make it.
now he is irreplaceable...... My god we are a funny lot ....

I understand where you're coming from but it's not what he was recruited for. Think Crocker and Phillips show more promise and flexibility for that role. |

It's the same with a lot of teams. If you get 10 or 11 goal kickers, you go a long way to winning.
Our mids have to hit the scoreboard. |
