OK we were terrible but we won and that's the only thing I care about. Lots of work to do if we have any hope of knocking off Sydney.

Whoa. Easy, Big Fella!

We need more time to celebrate. Wink

I am merely relieved ... not in a celebratory mood! The season is still alive (until it isn't).

So, who takes the centre bounce when Grundy is off?

Really? As a forward he has played 5 games and kicked goals in (I think) only 1 of them. If his name was Jesse White he would be a whipping boy with those performances.

I am sure he will be good in the future Dave, but until we are mathematically out of the race I think we should be picking the best team and, at least in my mind, he isn't in our best 22 yet.

He doesn't go off for any centre bounces. He rucks solo much like today (Grundy had 37 HO, Moore 2, Reid 1 and Crisp 1) with 89% TOG%. Let's be honest, he hasn't exactly dominated the ruck to control first possession to our mids (we were smashed in clearances today 45-31 and centre clearances 17-11). Better off with an extra mid and makeshift second ruck and shark the ball.

Reward PK and/or White next week, Especially if Cloke isn't ready. Also bring in Young. The reserves looked impressive!

Thank God for the Fas throw in the goal square.

Got the points but that's all.

Awful performance and we looked like a bottom 6 side.

We must have some serious structure issues at present when you can only beat the lowly scum by 3 goals with Swan getting 41, Pendles 37 and Fas and Reid kicking 4 each.

Tell me that at the start of the match and I assume we win by 12 goals +.

The game plan is breaking down somewhere and not working efficiently enough.

Rd 5 we beat them by 75pts.

The result today shows how far we've fallen since then.

If you had actually watched the VFL game today, you wouldn't think White was in our best 22.
