How do posters here fix these things at the club?

Do you really need to be told how to do these things???

For a start, having the patience to let a team fully develop. If you don't have the patience or don't like it, contact the club directly. Attend the AGM and speak with guts and honestly but also listen to what they have to say in reply. Attend the fan forums Eddie organises each year. Sooking here about the coach achieves absolutely bugger all except pissing off the other Collingwood supporters who don’t share your views.

No, I want to ask how you fix things. You said the genuine posters here have the patience to fix things.

Here is a memo. You don't have any influence over fixing things at the club.

Just as sooking about the coach achieves bugger all, sooking about posters who criticise the coach achieves bugger all too. You have no bearing on the daily operations of the club and can't fix anything.

That's actually not true.he would have gone there. Shame he didn't, we might have at least one more flag. Kwajalein for it, but obviously somewhere MM changed his mind, and we lost the unloseable.

Selection this week still has me bewildered.
We have Bucks coming out making excuses on 360 saying we had x players with less than 25 games experience, which apparently was only 1 more than Sydney. He has previously made the excuse about lack of stability, particularly in defence, then he drops Browny.
FFS we have more blokes with leadership group experience playing in the reserves.
Something appears to be extremely broken.

And for this side by side bollocks, just remember it was Bucks that was going to North Melbourne to be their senior coach that started this mess.

That is a fair point - Maccaffer would probably be handy this week. I know Rudeboy wants him in Wink

You've been told the answer countless times, you choose to ignore it, true Collingwold fans put the club first, Nathan Backley fanboi's put the club second and him first.

5 $£$%^%%$ years and we still haven't seen the bottom.

So changing horses midway through a long race is the way to go about it? Putting the club first is to flame disunity, disharmony and attack it (totally ignoring the intangibles that have happened this year) after 2 wins in six rounds in a brand new season? Shocked

NOT stand side by side and support our great club?

Disagree strongly but dont let that stop you from putting shit on everything bloody Collingwood....... Evil or Very Mad Mad

It's what you guys do really well. Crying or Very sad

You seem unable to separate Collingwood and Buckley, Buckley is not Collingwood, he's our current coach, he's paid vast amounts of cash to coach Collingwood, he's paid to get results.

Is Buckley anymore Collingwood than Heath Shaw? Well, Buckley sacked him for not doing his job, does that make Buckley anti Collingwood? Because us wanting Buckley gone and Buckley sacking Heater are pretty much the same thing, except Heater the player had ten times more runs on the board than Buckley as a coach

I think we all know Buckley will see out the year, but miss finals (and we will miss finals) and he simply can't go on next season, 5 years of regression is more than enough evidence to prove a coach isn't up to it, some of us who actually know a thing or 2 about the game had seen enough at the end of 2014.

This ,this is it. The club will be here long after we, Buckley, Eddie, and every last player out there, is long gone.

We need to see a dramatic improvement, not in wins, in skill, effort, accountability just plain care factor before I'm convinced this will ever work. Right now the team out there looks mighty confused.

2 weeks ago I watched The Caff make 2 half hearted tackles in the centre.
He then stood there watching the opposition slowly bringing the ball to their f50.
No chasing and no effort.
It was then I felt that the Caff for whatever reason had given it up.
Whether it was his body, mind or whatever I really can't see him being there next year.
Unless he still under contract.

Is that why Pagan is selling his house this week along with a signed jumper from Ryan Pagan! Shocked

The cynic in me thinks that Bucks is now fast tracking youth in the hope they show enough form for him to campaign to the board that he can keep his job despite missing finals.

He realised finals are out so why not go the Hail Mary by showing perhaps he can develop a new team based on youth and extend his coaching tenure a bit longer.

No way bucks would be stupid enough to do that, Eddie everywhere comes out and says he would have "no hesitation"in sacking Bucks ...The smart politicians reading of this means "you need to start getting some results". If it hits round 18 and we are languishing that is when the club will make a move i think. To play youth in the hope of showing a "rebuild" when you four years in as a senior coach would be coaching suicide.

Hardwick and Bucks are in the same boat...At some point this years things have to start to turn around because they can't bank on 2017. And to be honest nor should they be allowed too.

North were chasing but I'm yet to hear anything solid to suggest he was interested. From memory Bucks himself has said he was never going to coach anywhere but at the Pies.

As to the unlosable, not sure there's any such thing.

Exactly, we proved that in 2011 Laughing Laughing Laughing

Don't agree that we were any monty in 2011. We just made it past the Hawks in the prelim. That team was already showing signs of coming back to the field.

2011 side would have won the flag easily. If you recall how they were playing mid year and things went south after Mick appeared on TFS.

No side could have touched us.
