Whilst there were encouraging signs from all three they are all realistically some way off demanding a regular slot at this stage, which is to be expected.

Paine looks like he enjoys a bit of crash and bash but lacks any polish at this stage. He fluked a miracle goal but deserves kudos for a very commendable second effort that won us the game. Looked shaky by foot at other times and we need to see if he can take a strong grab.

Witts looks very, very raw but looks to have a power of unrefined talent and ability.

Ceglar can put himself into the contest but gets buffeted and lacks a second effort at this stage. Has to work harder.

Thought Shae impressed with a few nice reads of the play and grabs and kicking looked decent.

Keefe got better as the night wore on.
