Mcgough for Morrison would be good deal in my book.
Anything more and he is not worth it. He has had problems with his knees and is a gamble.

Don't underate Morrison, a very good player starting to hit top form again after two serious knee injurues. Was a star rated in the Ben Cousins mould until his knees. Has taken a while to get back to his best and now plays on a HBF instead of midfield and HFF where he made his name in earlier days.

Knees look right now and had a very good last half of the season in 2004. Would be a handy pick up. The only question remaining is as always, how much you would have to give up to get him. West Coast need tall KPP players and a Presti or a Tex and a pick might snare the deal if we were prepared to give this up.

O'Bree for Morrison. Done. Easy.

He has been keen to be coached once more by MM since he left in 2000. Get him. I'm sure he wants to return to MM. Very underrated footballer in my book.

O'B is hardly the tall KPP player they need and would be after.
They have plenty of midfielders and even have some that hit targets.
O'B wouldn't even get a game at WC.

Remember his cameo performance/exhibition/audition against Fremantle..... coincidence I doubt it!

You need a bigger/different house if you are expanding your family. More kids. Parents are happy to go back now that Leon's dramas with his first kid are over. Apparently.

The West Australian thinks it might be:

Thompson from Dees to Crows
Stenglein from Crows to Eagles
Morrison from Eagles to Dees

Works for everybody.

or the other option is

Thompson from Dees to Port
Carr from Port to Dockers
Simmonds from Dockers back to Dees

or could be straight Simmonds to Port - Carr to Freo.

Morrison specifically said he wanted to come to Collingwood, and has spoken to MM.

See little upside in gaining Morrison.

Would be little more than a fringe player at best.

Only accept him in a trade if WCE were moronic enough to accept some of OUR expendables, which ain't bloody likely.

Carr has stated he will decide tomorrow (Monday).

I am in Adelaide at the moment, I doubt he will stay.

I'm not keen at all 2 give up Leon Davis in a deal to get Morrison at age 27 with 2 bad knee injuries behind him.

McGough or O'Bree are possibles + perhaps a late draft pick

Anyway i think Leon is contracted for another couple of years isnt he?
