Toppy got his second game under his belt. He slotted two in about a half of football in a belting which Williamstown won by 150+ points.
Not long now before hes really pushing for Willy 1's. |

Chris Dawes is progressing nicely in the VFL side. Nothing spectacular, but I saw him do some very good things for his two goals against Coburg. He doesn't seem to lack any confidence in his leg and is still learning to play the game. Give him time, because as a big man he has the potential to mature into a key position player for us. Don't expect him to play many games in the seniors (if any) this year. Next year though, we can expect him to make a splash. Remember he's only 19. Who would have predicted Buddy Franklin becoming the star he is now two years ago? Dawes is the real deal and as he starts believing in himself, can have a long career in the black and white. |
