Public libraries now have e-books, etc (which are much more similar to file sharing than printed books), but they pay the publishers an absolute FORTUNE for the rights.

He does make a good point, to a degree. This part for mine invalidates his argument.

There's not a lot of being able to download the latest movie that relates to the principle of sharing culture and knowledge, particularly when people will have access to those movies on FTA TV if they just wait a while
