"After a conspicuous silence in the wake of securing just 66 seats in Congress – down from 137 at the 2016 elections – PP chief Pablo Casado did an about-turn on Tuesday, after his strategy of moving the party to the right – mostly in response to the emergence of far-right group Vox – had obviously failed. Speaking to the press, Casado referred to Vox as the “ultra-right,” and announced a new campaign slogan: “Centrados en tu futuro,” which could be translated as “focused on your future,” but in Spanish has a clear appeal to the center voter, whom the PP managed to lose in Sunday’s vote."

Is it fair to presume that the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party will be forming a coalition government with the more left-wing Podemos? If so, that seems like a pretty good result.

After the coronation we find out who won the General election. By that I mean which generals got "elected" and those that missed out will be appointed anyway. They have kept there currency so artificially high that even the USA has told them to do something about it. Retired expats are leaving in droves, property can not be sold and the household debt is massive. But as long as they get their submarines , which are strategically irrelevant and the elite military get their kickbacks it is all good.

Probably, yes. Here's a quick summary: https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2019/05/07/five-takeaways-spains-incredibly-fragmented-elections/?noredirect=on&utm_term=.9a9f355f3a28

ANC look like retaining power easily.

South Africa election: ANC leads as votes counted

Why has the ANC lost support?

Young people queuing to vote spoke of their difficulties in finding jobs, with unemployment at 27%.

One young voter said her future employment prospects were on her mind. "I don't feel confident about getting the job I want," she said.

"I'm a member of the ANC but I didn't vote for them this time," construction worker Thabo Makhene told Reuters news agency. "They need to catch a wake-up. The way they run the state, mishandling state funds, they've lost their morals."
