I feel pendles needs to play on half back to direct traffic and sidy play more in the forward line what does every one think of this idea

I've sorta been saying this for years (at least with Sidy), but I think it's apparent it's now in our best interests (and his) to send pendles permanently to half back.

I believe Pies4shaw still thinks we require him in the center due to clearances but realistically someone else needs to stand up and deliver - what if pendles had an injury... we'd have to replace him anyway... we can't rely on one player to do a job and still be a realistic premiership contender.

We have Sier, Adams and De Goey to provide grunt and we could also rotate Maynard through there as well if required - we have options, someone just has to start standing up.

If we want to prolong Pendles career and also I believe for the overall benefit of our team structure he should go back, the sooner the better.

As for Sidy, he's an awesome player but a basket case in the midfield - he's way to random, regardless of his stats - he's far more suited to playing as a goal sneak who just runs runs runs all day - and this will also prolong his career as well - win win.

You should definitely join Big Footy. And as many other forums as you can find. The more the better really. Dilution is key

Pendlebury has been our best centre clearance mid this year and one of the best in the comp. I don't see how it helps us to move him.

Sidebottom's best position is definitely wing. Hasn't produced anywhere near his best this year, but no reason to expect it won't come.

Is Sidey carrying a niggle? He doesn't seem to be covering as much ground as we're used to seeing. Anyone have a link to his tracker maps? Pretty sure Phillips is our club's number one for ground covered this year. We can't discount the Beams effect either, Bucks has had to do a bit of midfield shuffling to fit them all in. That's not to say Sidey has been average -- he's been bloody brilliant in moments, and solid most of the other time. I have no probs with Sidey's games this year, and his best will come.

And definitely what Inkling said about Pendles -- he sneaks up on you, you don't realise what an impact he's having, very easy to think he's having a quiet game if you're not watching closely.

And gee Adams has made a big difference since he returned. We need another (get well Sier!) to join him, and we're really rolling.

Pendles was at Vic Park and noticed he had Atu and Issac in deep conversation at qtr time break
They from where I stood were very attentive to his passing on knowledge
