Thus proving that Nick's is an important focus for those who want apparel advice.

Mind you, I am troubled that they are not streaming on Kayo. There is no replay and no condensed mini-replay. In fact, no replay at all, save for the opening day.

My mistake – I didn’t realise this was a thread about a fashion police informant. Razz

Elsewhere,

"Mr McLachlan, who attended court in a blue suit and pink tie and sat next to partner Vanessa Scammell, was escorted outside by supporters and was ushered into a black Mercedes-Benz with tinted windows."

I leave P4S to comment on the suitability of such attire.

Oh, there's a pic too (but not of the Merc):

I won't be commenting on Mr McLachlan. Personally, I think that's a terrible tragedy, whatever the outcome. I am happy to mock The Royal Commission Into The Screamingly Obvious but the other matter involves the fate of a normal, decent human who may have made a mistake. There are none of those involved in this little waste of time.

Would you prefer there be no RC at all? Surely something needs to be done.

Well they’ll likely award her a pair of concrete shoes, one way or the other. Isn’t the rest of it just extraneous detail?

But what will this all mean for the Victorian Legal System and Police in the future?

The problem could be if the appellate court gets swamped. Half the original trial participants could be dead or retired.

I don't care what they do, provided that they do not bring the profession further into disrepute by paying her.

Does this mean the documents will soon be available online?

I don't know about those particular documents but, certainly, the Royal Commission hearing page now has hyperlinks to documents that have been, by the looks of it, tendered into evidence at the RC.
