Yeah the online membership process is pathetic.
You ordered in october....I thought it was bad for me ordering in Nov 20 and not hearing a single word until i got an email last week "Welcome to season 2019"
go onto the ticketmaster website they appear to use for memberships and showed i paid on Jan 9th...even though they took it out of my credit card Nov 20...the ****?
This is a professional organisation...why are they doing promotions for membership while the membership team isnt even there? |

My son’s membership pack is still yet to arrive. Now in February 2019.
Emailed the club about a week ago. No answer as yet.
For mine and my daughter got an email / text from Aussie Post to say they were coming. Nothing as yet for poor old Flynn.
Just want the membership card so he can attend games when he flies down to Melbourne.

I renewed last month, asked them to post my cap too as I live in QLD. Cap arrived last week but no membership pack yet. Hope it will arrive soon

they probably want you to take the cap to a game, they will punch a hole in it and give you your pack!!

I will take it to the Lions game, but no holes please. 
Unfortunately, we don't play the Suns in QLD this year.

| Membership pack received sans Social Club Medallion, with a note saying they have run out and more are coming in late March. |
