Who plays on Vardy if Goldsack and Howe are occupied with Kennedy and Darling?

@Albert Parker, I wouldn't change the team now -- these are the guys who've gotten us this far.

Conditions are meant to be wet and cold, so might not be a great day for talls. If Vardy goes forward, may have to go to Sack, and send Langers to Darling.

Midfield pressure is essential. Have to control the middle the way we did against North, which throttled their supply.
