I forgot to pack my Gloucosomine tablets this swing (day 8 today), I've taken one every day for years. They work wonders on my knees and this confirms it!
Did 10k on the treadmill last night and had to have an anti inflammatory this morning.

Ah well, 2 more sleeps and my journey to the G begins.

We should get together for a drink at half time , level 1 ponsford stand bar?

Definitely, stuffed it up last visit. Not sure where we're sitting yet, should be able to find out today Smile

Sorry to hear this! I have been checking back from time to time (while trying hard to not break my self-imposed ban on posting!) and have to admit the place has seemed pretty quiet of late.

Laying the blame at the feet of one poster is a bit mean-spirited and uncalled for, though (and, in this case, pretty obviously baseless). The VPT is a very different place from what it was 10, or even 5, years ago – in some ways, it’s remarkable that it’s still going at all. Posters come and go, communities change and, sometimes, die. I really hope that doesn’t happen here any time soon, but the only way to stop that is to keep posting, keep engaging and hope that quality posters stick around, join up or (not looking at anyone in particular, Tannin) return from their sojourns.

On that note, I apologise for my own absence. I just needed (and perhaps to some extent still need) a break from social media, just to give myself some mental breathing space so I don’t fail too hard at everything else I’m trying to do! But I do miss this place greatly, and will do my best to post something outrageous soon. Smile

I don’t use Twitter, and my Facebook hiatus (which is still going) has coincided with my absence from Nick’s. Still finding plenty of ways to waste my time on the internet, though!

I'm pretty sure 'people' implies more than 1 person?

Nice to see your name on the board again! I wouldn't have thought the quietness was due to one person's absence either, as some have mentioned.
Come back & post outrageousness soon!

Maybe FB should be boycotted for what they do with their victims' data.
There you go, luvdids, a possible new thread topic...

Pick up our tickets at 9.30 Wednesday at the club.
Having photos with premiership cups... Mum, Dad, Aunty & Uncs holding the 4 in a row, me 1990 and Kel 2010. Blown up and on the wall in the Daicos Bar Cool

If you're in bay 3 and it's on level 2 then it must be N3.

N3 is located at the Punt Road end.
