Good stuff Lad.
The body tends to adjust to what you put in which is why the initial big weight loss slows down.
It gets harder from here, watch out for sugar. The blood sugar diet is one I've heard good results from. https://www.csiro.au/en/News/News-releases/2016/Improved-diabetes-control-with-new-diet _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

celebrated with half a bowl of 'Warby Lad's Estonian Soup' and a small egg salad.
The knee is relieved at the sudden weight drop and exercise is less problematic.
Would encourage any else carrying a few pounds to knuckle down- if I can lose weight, most anyone can.

Way to go warburton lad. All the best in your latest quest. I too went on a carb-free diet and lost 15 kgs a couple of years back. It feels so good when you achieve it. _________________ Pies Forever |

Now down 11.5 Kilograms in just under six weeks.
Cholesterol and blood sugars now at the best level for years if not decades.
Am hoping to continue in this vein for some time yet.
Knee is still problematic, but far less swelling than I have experienced of late. _________________ Firm in the belief that number 17 flag is only months away... |

Good work Lad!
I got up to 117kg (fighting weight was 78kg) when I gave up the darts 11 years ago.
Knees were shot, BP & Cholesterol through the roof, verging on diabetes 2.
Started walking, then jogging then running. Got back to low 90's and everything else started coming good.
Too big is not good.
Keep at it, your body will love you and you'll feel a million bucks too _________________ Don't count the days, make the days count. |
