^ Well done The Atlantic. True on all counts. The trouble is that the heresy-sniffing mindset she so witlessly exposed in that interview is now so very common, and her platform (C4 news) is very respectable. When even respectable opinion is hijacked by bloviating and dishonest orthodoxy, our democracy, and the type of citizenship we need to make it successful, is under threat .

'I'M NOT AFRAID OF YOU' Paris attack suspect Salah Abdeslam tells judge he has put his faith in Allah as he goes on trial surrounded by masked terror cops

Salah Abdeslam, 28, was flanked by two special-forces police officers brandishing machine guns and wearing balaclavas at the start of a trial in Brussels

"Judge me, do what you want with me, it's in my Lord that I place my trust," said Abdeslam, who has grown long hair and a beard while in jail in France.

"I am not afraid of you, I am not afraid of your allies.

"I put my trust in Allah and that's all, I have nothing else to add," Abdeslam told the court.

How long until women jogging in Australia start to snap these up on e-bay??

German women in fear: New anti-rape pants sell out very quickly

-The pants consist of a tear- and cut resistant material. They also feature a protector in the groin to protect from any grabbing
-Strings along the waist cross at the groin. They are being lashed down to prevent the pants from being pulled down/ripped down. A combination lock is supposed to provide additional safety.
-The pants have an alarm (130dB) that is being triggered by someone pulling/tugging/tearing on them. It can also be activated manually if needed.

The safe shorts are available as running pants or hotpants. “Starting off, we only produced a small series, but it was sold out really quickly”, tells us the entrepreneur from Oberhausen. The demand – 80% of it in Germany/from Germany (the article says, mostly German women buy it) – is high.

Execute. Spend the cost of fifty years imprisonment on improving the security services. Move on. Oh, and bring in some prison regs to make him shave off the stupid hair and beard before we turn his arrogant, stunted life into fertilizer.

Lone wolf, self radicalised, stabs a sleeping man next to his daughter, a man who took the bitch in. We don’t need to discuss crazy, that’s obvious. But we have enough crazy. Not cheap to keep her locked up forever. Send her home and she may be celebrated. What to do? Gitmo! Really I don’t care, she tried to take an innocent life on our soil for no reason. Just make her gone please.

They're not very good at killing, are they - compared to, say, Americans with guns?

If the Russian cop hadn't shot him how many more may have been killed?

Think of a number, double it, divide it by 913 and add 0.3? Just guessing, here, though - I expect you know the answer?

‘It’s WHACK-A-MOLE’ FBI boss reveals two terrorists EVERY WEEK being found in US

A TOP FBI counter terror cop has described fighting terrorists like a game of “whack-a-mole” as he revealed the chilling extent of the threat facing the US.

Michael Mcgarrity, assistant director of the Counter-terrorism Division, revealed an average of two suspected terrorists are arrested every week in the US.

He compared it to the fairground favourite, where players have to bonk fake moles as soon as they pop their heads up out of the board.

The top cop chillingly revealed that a jihadi can attack in just 30 days once radicalised.

He said every FBI bureau in all 50 states is working on terror investigations - with up to 3,000 currently under way across the US.

Extremists are increasingly becoming radicalised in isolation.
