I don't think there is a vote in it. The ALP just need to keep it simple and not make outlandish statements.

‘No difference between Greens, Labor’

Malcolm Turnbull uses a grilling from Greens MP Adam Bandt to say there was no difference between the far-left party and the Labor left.

“The Australian Labor Party has now taken up this left wing anti-business, anti-free enterprise approach which is calculated and indeed designed to destroy thousands of jobs, thousands of opportunities. The very jobs we’re creating,” the PM says.

You wonder if the die hard workers will be happy if they start losing public holidays like Australia Day and really give a stuff about illegal migrants. And there could be some blowback because a lot of them would have preferred working on Eastlink as it was closer to home and took traffic away from them. The reason party (nee sex party) should poll well there and could well pick up some protest votes.

The Greens ARE a far left party. Everything they do is collectivism and big government. Bannings, taxes, wealth redistribution (theft), thought and language policing.

Labor is still deciding whether it lurches left to fight/join them (Corbyn style) or stays centre-left and risk getting wedged on every issue. The Coalition had the same dilemma, first went hard(ish) Right with Abbott then centre-Right with Turnbull. They've been wedged by PHON and Bernardi and are losing seats because of it so Labor are in the same kind of trouble but with an established party rather than small ones to contend with.

A Lambo isn't "property", it's a cherished part of the family. That would be like you taking one of my children. Wink

That, of course, is, after Kagemusha and Aparajito - but just before the Seventh Seal - probably the greatest film ever made.
